There may be certain orders that Pure Gold cannot accept. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Reasons for this may include limited stock, pricing or product information errors, issues flagged by our fraud prevention team, or any other reason identified by Pure Gold. In some cases, we may request additional information before accepting your order. If your order is fully or partially canceled, or if we need more information, we will notify you.
Cancellation Policy by Pure Gold
Cancellation By Customer
Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled up to 24 hours before the order date provided for delivery. After we receive your cancellation request, we will begin the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment method used to make the transaction or through a cheque (if the debit/credit card used for the order is no longer active).
Once the refund process is initiated, the refund will be credited directly to your account or sent via cheque. Any bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount, and Pure Gold Jewellers will provide the details of these deductions with proof.
International Customers
For international customers, refunds will be processed through the same payment method. The actual amount received in INR by our account will be converted into USD based on the exchange rate at the time, with all bank charges deducted.
Customized Orders
For customized orders, refunds will be made through the same payment method, subject to deductions for making charges and bank fees.
Note: If the amount has been deducted from your account but the transaction failed, we will refund the amount to your account at the earliest.
